Premantura - Studio Apartment Bencic

Studio Apartment Bencic is located in Premantura, near Pula, on the peninsula Istria, and is suitable for 2 persons.

Premantura is surrounded by nature, as only a few places can boast. South of the village is Cape Kamenjak, a nature reserve 9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with a total of 30 kilometers of coast.

The apartments Bencic Apartments is located in a dead end street, in a quiet, peaceful and green area near the sea, the beach and the center of Premantura.
The apartments are far enough from the road, and close enough that everything you need is within easy reach.

Our dear guests we offer accommodation in two studio apartments for two people and in apartments with capacity for 4 and 6 + 1 persons.
Each apartment has a separate entrance, with outdoor space, table, chairs and umbrella where you can eat and relax.
Wireless internet is present throughout the house.

Each guest receives a pilot for the automatic opening of doors and parking space on a private covered parking space in the house.
Guests have access to 3 outdoor showers and 1000 meters of manicured green space around the house.

Friendly hosts, still a warm welcome of the guests, will offer homemade wine or brandy.

Apartments Bencic are in a house which is almost the closest to the sea, the sea is about 500 meters away. To the beach is by a footpath in the shade of pine trees, or above the well-kept street, by car to reach.
Town center of Premantura is 500 m from the house, in the opposite direction from the beach.

The price does not include:
registration fee, final cleaning.
Final cleaning will be charged € 25 for smaller and 45 € for large apartments. It is also possible to clean the apartment by yourself.
The bed linen is changed weekly, towels and other, as required.

Beaches in Premantura are mainly rocky, the most famous beaches are:
* Munte Beach one of the few beaches for the visually impaired.
* Sandy Bay sandy beach especially suitable for families with small children and non-swimmers.
* Beach Stupice partly rocky, this beach is suitable for all water sports enthusiasts. Here you can rent surfboards, play tennis or beach volleyball.

In early November in Premantura maintain attractive meeting of windsurfers - Halloween. For those who want to dive into the deep blue, there are many dive centers in the resort.
If you are on Kamenjak, you should visit its southernmost point, where a great attraction is the night jumps from the cliffs into the sea, just like the jumpers with the torch in hand.
